Temitope is a practicing Banker with over nine (9) years experience in practical banking experience, a development specialist in Micro Finance and an experienced professional Accountant and Tax Practitioner, who has a multi-disciplinary background in diverse yet complimentary areas comprising Accountancy, Audit, Banking, Finance, Risk Management and Human Capital Development.

He obtained Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit Division in Accountancy from Ogun State Polytechnic, now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic in 1994 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant in year 2000, an Associates member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (ICAN), Nigeria Institute of Management, (Chartered), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, (CITN). Temitope also holds a Master's degree in International Finance of the prestigious London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.

He had his professional working career with a firm of Ayo Akinyelure & Co. (Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners) in January, 1998 as Graduate Audit Trainee and rose to the post of Audit Supervisor before resigning his appointment to join Standard Trust Bank Ltd in year 2000, where he gained practical banking experience in Operations and Control group of the bank, responsible for different banking functions including; teller activities, clearing, preparation of financial reports etc. He later joined First Atlantic Bank Plc between April, 2003 - September, 2004. He then proceeded to England to study Masters Degree programme in International Finance at the prestigious Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. He worked with Abbey National Bank (Kelly Services UK LTD) Scottland in Credit Risk Management Department, before returning to Nigeria in October 2006 to join Oceanic Bank International Plc in the Internal Control & Inspection Group of the bank as Resident Internal Controller.

In summary, Temitope has acquired a wide range of banking experience covering Banking operations, Internal Control, Financial Control, Risk Management, Personnel Training and Development at middle and senior level management over the years. He is well experienced in micro finance, product development, risk management, banking operations, financial analysis supports, audit plan and work program, financial controls, internal controls, internal audit procedures, cash handling, bank reconciliation, marketing and supporting business requirements to meet statutory obligations. He is happily married with children.
