Dr. Ayo Akinyelure is a Chartered Accountant & Chartered Tax Practitioner by profession, a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (IPAN) and Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) AMNIM. He is the CHAIRMAN/CEO of Allover Group Inc. comprising of: Allover Central Polytechnic, Allover & Associates Consulting, APL Properties, APL Insurance Brokers Ltd, KKT Consulting & Ayo Akinyelure & Co. (a firm of Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners) of high repute.

He has demonstrated his professionalism in the areas of Revenue Monitoring & Generation, Lecturing at professional level, Tax Consulting, Accountancy & Audit practice spanning over 13 years unbroken experience in Accountancy, Taxation & Statutory Audit Practice.

He believes in entrepreneurship skills of providing job opportunities for others, hence his past and present services to the public & private sectors of the Nigerian Economy include the following among others:

Statutory Auditors to many corporate organizations as Chartered Accountants in Public Practice. Federal Government Financial Management Consultants on Water Rehabilitation Project - World Bank assisted project 1998 - 2001. Chairman, Lagos State Amenities Restoration & Improvement Project (LARIP) 2000 - 2005. Member, Lagos State Finance, Budget and Revenue Generation Committee (1999). Visiting Lecturer of Executorship, Trusteeship, Bankruptcy Law and Accounts, Yaba College of Technology, 1994 - 1996. Visiting Lecturer of Taxation & Tax Management, Ogun State Polytechnic now (MAP), 1994 - 2005. Tax Consultant on Revenue monitoring & Generation, Lagos State Government 1994 - date, in his capacity as a Chartered Accountant & Tax Practitioner. He is the promoter and founder of Allover Central Polytechnic, Sango-Ota (the first private polytechnic approved by the Federal Government in Ogun-State, Nigeria).

His interest in providing job opportunities for others made him invest in the proposed Allover Microfinance Bank Ltd to assist many Nigerians working population not privileged to enjoy services of conventional Banks with stringent conditions to open and operate Banking Accounts, so that this category of Nigerian Populace can now have access to Microfinance Banking facilities, to grow the economy significantly and improve their standards of living.

Dr Ayo Akinyelure holds a Master Degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the acclaimed premier University of Ibadan and Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration of All Saints University of America (ASUA), New York. He is also an Upper Division HND Accountancy graduate of Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos, a member of the Island Club of Lagos and the Pioneer Treasurer, MKO Abiola Gardens, Ikeja, Lagos Sate. (1998 to date).

He is the Chief promoter and Chairman, Governing Council of Allover Central Polytechnic, Sango-Ota and Revenue Consultant to many State Governments including Oyo State, Lagos State, Ekiti State and Enugu State. In his capacity as Chartered Accountant & Tax Practitioner of high repute. He is happily married with children and enjoying Lecturing.
