Adewumi Oke Esq. - General Counsel/Head of Legal & Corporate Services

Barrister Adewumi Oke is a graduate of the University of Lagos. He holds his first Degree in Accounting with Second Class Upper Division and served his NYSC with Mobil Oil Nigeria Limited. Later he started his banking career with Commercial Trust Bank Nigeria Limited and rose to the position of Branch Manger before he resigned his appointment to start a career in Law. He is a Law graduate of Lagos State University, Ojo. He backed his LLB & BL Degree with Second Class Upper Division.

Adewumi Oke is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. An experienced commercial Lawyer, of high repute. He commenced his legal career with the firm of J.O. Adediran & Co. (Legal Practitioners & Consultanst). He has a broad range of interest in corporate finance, commercial contracts and he is also involved in all aspects of commercial property work and has special interest in banking business legislation. He has attended various seminars home and abroad to broaden his scope of experience in banking & legal services. He is currently the principal counsel of Adewumi Oke & Co (Legal Practitioners & Consultants) with accumulated years of legal and consulting experience. He is now the General Counsel/Head of Legal & Corporate Services of Allover Microfinance Bank Limited. He is happily married with children.
